The new process launched by our company uses film coating and special gravure printing to print all the patterns and visual effects required by customers on the PET film. The customer uses roll-type thermal transfer to completely transfer the pattern on the PET film to the entire roll of aluminum ceiling, and then cuts and shapes the aluminum ceiling. The characteristics of this process are:

1. Fast speed and high efficiency, the transfer speed is 20-30 meters/minute, that is, 60-90 pieces/minute. Our company's transfer film can be made with various coatings on the PET film according to customer requirements (such as matte, high-gloss, mirror, laser, etc.). The customer can send it to the customer after transfer/cutting/stamping. goods.

2. Utilizing the characteristics of high-speed film coating and special gravure printing, it is possible to achieve effects that cannot be achieved by screen printing/jet printing/sublimation transfer printing, such as metal viewing angle variation, partial mirror, partial laser, etc.

3. Many aluminum ceiling companies have tried the film thermal transfer method, but they have not been successful. Because the production technology and structure of the transfer film currently on the market cannot meet the unique wear resistance/scratch resistance/chemical resistance (such as detergent) characteristics of aluminum ceilings. Our company's products add a UV protective coating to the transfer film, which solves the above problems.
